(Not) All Things To A Halt

Lake Champlain last year. I never knew it could rain so hard for so long!
Getting sick is one of the banes of my existence. It is almost fated to happen at the most inconvenient time too; I've a portfolio due next week yet I'm getting more and more tired. I've been fighting off both my stomach and head for a couple days with ample doses of all sorts of teas and soup and oddly, creating quite a bit.

I finished a painting I started last week as well as done something I've never really done before; completed a painting I'm happy with in just two days. I've not photographed it yet, but once the rain gives slight pause I'll be digitalizing it.

Hopefully soon I'll be selling some prints. I am working on figuring out prices as well as how I'd manage purchases, etc, but be on the look-out in the upcoming weeks. It is exciting to me-whenever I've made prints of my work for various things at school it has been very fun and rewarding.

So, as I muddle through the fun stuff of being sick, I'm going to keep hacking away at the stuff of projects I'd like to get done soon and keep imbibing tea. If you have any suggestions for prints or how to chase away an onslaught of headaches/unhappy stomachs, please share them! Hopefully none of you have been facing whatever has been going around, but if you have, feel better!
